Driven by our passion for rural development, our mission is to provide accessible and inclusive financial services that enable entrepreneurship, enhance livelihoods, and foster sustainable growth in rural areas.

Commenced operations with its first branch in August 2021 and has rapidly expanded across six states, serving low-income households through customised microfinance solutions.

Currently operating across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, and Assam, with planned expansion into Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Madhya Pradesh.

Focused on supporting women-led enterprises by providing accessible business loans for income generation, working capital requirements, and entrepreneurial aspirations.

Built a responsible lending model centred on prudent risk assessment, customer repayment capacity, and sustainable portfolio growth, while leveraging technology-enabled processes and field-led customer engagement.

A seasoned banking and financial services professional, he serves as the COO of DJT Microfinance and brings over 25 years of rich industry experience. An MBA from FMS Delhi, he has held leadership positions across reputed institutions, including Fullerton India Credit, Kotak Mahindra Bank, SREI BNP Paribas, IDFC Bank, and Religare Finvest. His expertise spans business expansion, operational excellence, credit risk management, and process optimisation, enabling the organisation to achieve sustainable growth while maintaining strong governance and asset quality.

He oversees the Company’s finance function and brings over 24 years of extensive experience in banking, corporate finance, and financial management. Prior to joining DJT Microfinance, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Maccaferri India, where he spearheaded financial planning, treasury management, and strategic cost optimisation initiatives. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has held senior leadership positions with leading organisations such as Hughes Communications, Honeywell Automation, and J.K. Industries.

With a strong academic foundation in Civil Engineering, he has held key positions with organisations such as NPCC and Rental Stay Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully managed large-scale infrastructure and operational projects. At DJT Microfinance, he plays a pivotal role in driving branch expansion, strengthening operational controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing execution efficiency across the organisation. His expertise in managing complex operations and scaling business infrastructure continues to support the Company’s growth and expansion objectives.

Ltd., Future Group, Parle Agro, and Pidilite Industries Ltd., gaining extensive expertise in business management, retail operations, and strategic growth.

He is a technology and digital transformation leader with 20 years of experience across technology, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data protection, and AI-led business transformation.He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from the University of Pune and an MTech in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science Engineering from IIT Patna. Over the course of his career, he has worked with leading organisations including Precision Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd., HCL, Publicis Group, Ester Industries Ltd., and IBM, gaining extensive experience across enterprise technology and digital transformation. Since Dec 2020, he has been associated with the DJT Group, where he leads the Group's technology strategy and transformation initiatives across IT Security, Digital Transformation, SAP, AI & Automation, Data & Analytics, and Data Protection. As Group CTO, he focuses on leveraging technology, data, and AI to build secure, scalable, and business-aligned digital platforms while driving technology modernisation and operational efficiency across the Group's businesses.
