Cancellations& Refunds.
Policy governing loan cancellations, transaction reversals, and fee refunds.
DJT Microfinance operates in accordance with RBI NBFC-MFI fair practices. This page details transaction cancellations and refund mechanisms.
1. Loan Application Cancellations
Applicants may request cancellation of their loan applications at any stage prior to final disbursement. Requests must be submitted in writing to the respective Branch Manager or emailed to support@djtmpl.com.
2. Non-Refundable Processing Fees
Administrative processing fees collected during loan appraisal are utilized for credit bureau checks, household assessments, and verification costs. Per RBI regulations, these processing fees are non-refundable regardless of the application's final approval outcome.
3. Excess Collections & Reversals
In case of duplicate repayments, transaction failures, or excess EMI collections, the surplus amount will be refunded directly into the borrower's registered bank account within 7 working days from verification.

1. INTRODUCTION
DJT Microfinance Private Limited (CIN: [●]), a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Ground Floor, Plot No.18-17, Block-1, Near Ganga Ram Hospital Marg, Northern Extension Area, Old Rajendra Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, Delhi, India – 110060 (hereinafter referred to as "DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD.", "we", "us", or "the Company"), manages, operates, and owns www.djtmpl.com(referred to as the "Website").
The Website provides users and borrowers with the facility to make online payments towards loan instalments, processing fees, insurance premiums, and any other charges or amounts due in respect of loans offered by DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD., through the Payment Gateway Services used by DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. for processing such online transfers to the designated bank account of DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. (referred to as "User", "Users", "You", or "Borrower").
This Refund Policy has been formulated to outline the procedure and define the timeframe by which refunds shall be initiated in respect of transactions made by the User on the Website or through the Payment Gateway. This Policy is subject to periodic review and amendment by DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD..
By continuing to use the Website or the Payment Gateway after any amendment to this Policy comes into effect, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the new, changed, or amended Refund Policy. Users who do not agree with the terms of this Policy are advised not to transact on the Website or through the Payment Gateway.
2. SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY
This Policy applies to all online payment transactions made by users and borrowers on DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD.'s Website (www.djtmpl.com) or through any payment gateway service provider used by DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. for processing digital loan repayments.
This Policy governs:
- Repayment of loan instalments by borrowers
- Payment of processing fees, insurance premiums, or other charges
- Any other amounts payable by borrowers to DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. through the digital payment platform
This Policy does not govern physical cash transactions or transactions processed through channels other than DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD.'s designated digital payment platform.
3. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

| Failed Transaction | A transaction where the payment amount has been debited from the User's account but has not been credited to DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD.'s designated bank account due to a technical or system error. |
| Excess Payment | An amount credited to DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD.'s bank account that exceeds the amount actually due from the User in respect of their loan account. |
| Duplicate Payment | A transaction initiated more than once by the User for the same loan instalment or charge, resulting in more than one credit to DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD.'s bank account. |

4. TRANSACTION FINALITY
Once a payment is successfully deducted from the User's bank account, card, or wallet and the transaction is marked as successful, it shall be treated as a final and completed transaction. DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. does not provide a facility for cancellation of successfully processed transactions.
If an amount is debited from the User's bank account or card despite a transaction being marked as failed, the responsibility to reverse such amount shall lie with the User's bank, card issuer, or wallet provider, as the case may be. DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for such deductions and Users are advised to contact their respective bank or payment service provider for resolution.
5. EXCESS / DUPLICATE PAYMENT
In the event that a User or borrower initiates a transaction more than once and the same results in more than one credit to the bank account of DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD., DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. reserves the right to adjust the excess amount received, at its sole discretion, in any of the following manners:
- Adjust the excess amount towards future loan instalments due from the User
- Adjust the excess amount towards any outstanding overdue charges payable by the User in respect of any one or more loan accounts maintained with DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD.
- Process a refund of the excess amount to the User, subject to the conditions and timeframes specified in this Policy
Such adjustment or refund shall be made at DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD.'s sole discretion, irrespective of any specific bifurcation or instruction provided by the User or Borrower.
6. REFUND CLAIM PROCESS
To claim a refund of any excess or duplicate amount credited to the bank account of DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD., the User shall be required to follow the procedure set out below:

| 2 | Mandatory Information | The refund application / email must contain: (a) the unique transaction number(s) relating to the excess / duplicate payment; (b) the original payment receipt generated at the time of making the payment; and (c) the User's loan account number(s). |
| 3 | Claim Deadline | The User must submit the refund claim within 7 calendar days from the date of making the payment. Claims received after this period may not be entertained at DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD.'s discretion. |

7. REFUND TIMELINE
Upon receipt of a valid refund claim, DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. shall process the application as follows:

DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. will communicate the outcome of the refund claim to the User's registered mailing address / email ID on record. No interest shall be payable by DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. on any refund amount during the refund processing period.
8. MODE OF REFUND
All refunds, where applicable, shall be processed exclusively through electronic mode (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS) to the original payment source, i.e., the bank account, card, or wallet from which the payment was originally made, subject to technical feasibility.
- Refunds shall not be made in cash under any circumstances
- The mode of refund may vary depending on the circumstances and the payment method originally used
- In cases where the original payment method is no longer active or available, DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. may process the refund to the User's registered bank account after due verification
- DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. regrets any inconvenience caused by processing timelines; delays in credit to the User's account are attributable to the policies of the User's bank and are outside DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD.'s control
9. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability if it is unable to process any payment instruction on the designated payment date owing to any of the following circumstances:
- The payment instruction issued by the User is incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, or delayed
- The User's bank account has insufficient funds or limits to cover the payment amount
- The funds available in the User's payment account are under any encumbrance, lien, or charge
- The User's bank refuses or delays honouring the payment instruction
- Circumstances beyond the reasonable control of DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD., including but not limited to fire, flood, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failure, systems failures, computer or telephone line breakdown due to an unforeseeable cause, or interference from an external force (force majeure)
In the event of a failed transaction where the User's account is debited but DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD.'s account is not credited, the onus of seeking reversal rests entirely with the User vis-à-vis their bank, card issuer, or wallet provider. DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. shall provide reasonable assistance, including confirmation of non-receipt of funds, upon written request by the User.
10. SUSPENSION OF ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES
DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. reserves the right, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, to suspend, modify, or terminate the use of online payment services provided through any payment gateway service provider, at any time, with or without prior notice to the User.
In the event of suspension or termination of online payment services, DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. shall endeavour to communicate alternative payment channels to its borrowers through its website, branches, and customer care helpline.
11. AMENDMENT
This Refund Policy shall be reviewed at least annually by the Compliance Officer and submitted to the Board for approval. DJT MICROFINANCE PVT. LTD. reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time. Any such changes shall be published on the Company's website (www.djtmpl.com) and shall come into effect from the date of publication, unless a later effective date is specified.
Users are advised to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of the current terms. Continued use of the Website or Payment Gateway after publication of any amendment shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
Notwithstanding the above, this Policy will stand amended to the extent required by any change in applicable law or RBI guidelines, without any further action from the Board of Directors, unless a specific Board resolution is required.
