Shipping &Delivery Policy.

Compliance information regarding physical product delivery and credit disbursements.

DJT Microfinance Private Limited is a registered NBFC-MFI providing financial credit services. We do not sell or ship physical merchandise.

1. Mode of Service Delivery

All credit facilities and loan disbursements approved by DJT Microfinance are processed electronically. Fund transfer is made directly into the borrower's verified bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT), Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), or other secure digital banking networks.

2. Timeline for Loan Disbursement

Following the successful execution of loan agreements, KYC validation, and physical/digital underwriting clearance:

Disbursements are typically initiated within 2 to 5 working days.
Borrowers will receive an SMS and email notification immediately upon successful fund transfer.

3. Physical Document Collection

Loan cards, passbooks, and terms sheets are handed over to the borrowers directly by field officers at the JLG center meeting, or can be collected from the local branch office. No documents are sent via commercial post/courier unless requested explicitly by the customer.
